We hold the commercial mechanical license (CL.08880) and the mold remediation license (MR.12361). Most HVAC companies can clean your coil; if the problem is mold in the ductwork or the building materials around the system, they have to refer you out. We handle both under one roof: diagnose, fix, and arrange independent third-party testing and clearance.
